Domestic Shipping:

WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN INDIA Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched, providing card security checks are complete, payment received and stock availability is confirmed. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.

Tracking: e-mail containing your package tracking information will be sent after shipment.

After placing an order, customer can only cancel the order if the order state is showing as “pending” under Order History. Cancellations have to be made within (maximum) 6 Hours of placing an order. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email to giving reference of your online Order Number.

International Shipping:

WE OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING at a cost to be borne by the buyer. The cost of shipping will be determined at the prevailing rates. After order is placed for the product, the company will contact the customer with estimate of shipping cost. International shipments may take 3-5 business days to be shipped. The customer agrees to be contacted via email / online chat or calls to be asked for more details required. Any delay in International shipment may not be considered as a reason for cancellation for the order. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide all necessary documents and details such that the shipment does not get stuck in transit. In any such case, where the shipment, once shipped from our end with all details as provided, gets stuck in any country due to whatsoever reason, the company – Lab Medica Healthcare LLP shall not be held liable. When making the purchase, the customer understands and automatically agrees to this conditions.

International returns are not accepted. Any customer making such a purchase, understands and agrees to this condition.


If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your UNUSED product within three (3) days from the date of delivery. We offer no exchange before sending your stockings back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied.

  • The Stockings should have a proper invoice.
  • The stockings must be unused, unworn, unwashed and not damaged
  • The stockings must be returned complete of all the contents in the pack
  • Stockings must be sent in its original packaging
  • Return items must be shipped back to Lab Medica Healthcare LLP within three 3 days of the date of delivery


  • Refunds are processed within approximately 7 business days of our receipt of your stockings, provided customer meets all the above criteria.
  • It shall be done by mode of Cheque or NEFT only.
